Gives a story about a Sarah Steelsmith (Henry) Shotts (parents Ludwig and Mary Steelsmith) as a pioneer in Clarion Co 1820's about Indians raiding their cabin for salt. Sarah married 2nd to Killen (his first wife may have been Sarah's sister) Talks about Great grandfather died of typhoid leaving 5 children, youngest was 6 weeks Stephen Burns Smith.

      Cecil was the daughter of Claude Ancel Smith and Lottie Vieve Fulmer.
      She never married.
      She was a very accomplished genealogist and wrote, among other things, a booklet titled "Some Descendants of Matthias Jurian".
      Her last known address was Hatboro, Pennsylvania.
