      Deceased Name: Vivian P. Canham
      Vivian P. Canham, 89, of Brewster died Saturday, May 10 2003 in the Harmony House Health Care Center at Brewster. She was born December 15, 1913 at Pomeroy, Washington the daughter of Ulysses S. and Herma E. (Willis) Webster.

      Vivian attended school and graduated from Pomeroy High
      School after which she moved to Oakland, California and
      attended college.

      On April 1, 1930 she married Ferris Charles Canham at
      Hillyard (Spokane area). They lived in Electric City where he was employed with The Corps of Engineers at Grand Coulee
      Dam and Chief Joseph Dam. They moved to Coulee City and
      briefly to Spokane and in 1950, they moved to Bridgeport where he was involved as a partner with CBF Realty through 1958. They built and operated the Angle Trailer Court for about 10 years.

      She is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Marthini of
      Kennewick; Janet Hutchens of Colville; Sylvia Brousseau of
      Lady Lake, Florida; her son, Harvey Canham of Bridgeport;
      her sister, Edna Anderson of Grangeville, ID; eleven grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

      She was proceeded in death by her husband, two brothers and
      two sisters. There will be a family tribute service.

      Memorials may be made in Vivian's name to the Children's
      Hospital in Seattle. Arrangements by Barnes Chapel, Brewster.

    Vivian Webster and Ferris Canham were married in Milwood, a suburb of Spokane, April 1, 1933, at the home of an uncle of Vivian?s who officiated the ceremony.
    The Canhams lived at Electric City for several years, while Ferris worked at Grand Coulee Dam. He was fire chief in the area for seven years.
    The moved To Bridgeport in 1950, and Ferris plotted Downing Townsite. He also built and operated Angle Trailer Court in Brewster for about 15 years.
